Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to solicit bids from qualified providers to provide the fulfillment of all original and duplicate Iowa High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) requests, record management and credentialing services; These services must include original and duplicate transcript requests and verification request for the Agency of the high school equivalency credential in Iowa. The focus will be on the test taker whose activities create the academic information. This information may be used for presenting state leadership with academic information, and resources for HSED program planning. HSED – High School Equivalency is commonly known as the GED, HiSET or TASC.
