Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is a feasibility study for modifying an existing interior space to house a new dental clinic. The evaluation will consider renovating the building interior architecture, and connections and upgrades to the existing utility systems, communication systems, fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC, and other associated site work. Type A (Investigative) Services to include a feasibility study consisting of a scoping conference and review of NG PAM 415-12 to determine facility requirements and allowances, evaluation of existing facility, determination of the alterations required, and an Opinion of Probable Cost for 2 proposed alternatives. The Consultant will review the existing facility infrastructure to determine the two most feasible and cost effective options to implement the project. The project will be in accordance with all applicable regulations, design guides, Unified Facilities Codes, and Department of the Army and National Guard Bureau requirements. The firm may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants contracted by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to engage the selected firm on subsequent phases of the project when those qualifications are included in the evaluation of qualifications in this RFQ.
