Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task A: Overall Project Review; Purchase and Coordination of Streetscape Items, tasks may include, but are not limited to: 1. Participate in a kickoff meeting with City staff to review project parameters, gather available materials, review grant requirements, identify additional information requirements, and establish project timetable and products. 2. Conduct site visit(s) with City staff (including Public Works, Engineering, Facilities) to identify specific locations for all streetscape items. 3. Prepare a schematic design for each site including the streetscape items. The schematic design must be signed off by City staff, prior to moving Task B. 4. Submit NDOT Encroachment Permit application in behalf of the City for the installation of streetscape furniture. 5. Coordinate with City staff on the purchase of all streetscape items included in the conceptual design: a. benches b. bicycle racks c. trash receptacles d. above ground planters e. shade structures f. metal banner artwork Task B: Installation of streetscape items, tasks may include, but are not limited to 1. Coordinate with City staff (to include Public Works, Engineering, Facilities) regarding installation of streetscape elements and timeline. 2. Installation of streetscape items according to conceptual map provided in Task A, item 4.
