Specifications include, but are not limited to: • All bid prices must hold firm for all deliveries. Vendors must notify school district in advance if there is a problem meeting scheduled delivery dates or if there are shortages in quantities due. • Deliveries will be made on Monday through Friday, except on holidays. • All freight and delivery charges are to be paid by the vendor and included in the bid price. • All items shall be properly crated and/or packaged by the supplier to ensure delivery in good condition. • The vendor shall, at his expense, amend and make good on any defective or unsatisfactory items or products; ½ pint chocolate milk; ½ Pint 1% Milk; ½ Pint Skim Milk; ½ Pint Strawberry milk; ½ Pint Vanilla milk; ½ Gallon Buttermilk; Gallon 1% Milk; 4 oz yogurt; 6 oz yogurt; Quart Lactose Free Milk;
