Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Safety (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide a Cloud-based Records Management System (the “Solution”) including implementation and ongoing maintenance of said Solution (the “Services”). A Solution supports multiple languages / multi-language site. B System must support a wide array of browsers. C System must be able to support mobile, tablet and desktop users and be responsive to different screen sizes. D System must be able to support users working in different operating systems. E Solution has native calendar/event functionality to publish training schedules. F Anonymous users must be able to view all licenses with the Division of Fire Safety. G Anonymous users must be able to search licenses by license holder's name, address, license type, level, license expiry date, etc. H Anonymous users must be able to sort the license holders list by name, address, license type, level, license expiry date, etc. I Anonymous users must be able to view redacted applications (permits, work notices and inspection/incident reports, etc.) for the structures in the system. J System allows the anonymous users to download/print application documents (permits, work notices and inspection/incident reports, etc.) with redacted data.
