Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6.2The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive quotations to establish amaintenance contract for testing and inspection of the chiller systems including refrigerantmonitoring. The buildings with chillers and refrigerant monitors and the details about each chillerare identified inAttachment 6of this document. The testing and inspection process shall notinclude the repair of any identified system deficiencies. The repair, maintenance, upgrades,installation of additional components, or related work may be accomplished by the use of optional services identified later in this document.6.3Scope of WorkAttachment 5contains the scope of work necessary for each type and size of chiller. Thisdocument should be used to determine the time and process necessary to provide maintenance for each chiller and should be taken into consideration in the cost provided for this ITB.
