Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) seeks proposals from highly qualified consultants, for the provision of Ambulance Billing Services for Capital City Fire & Rescue (CCFR). It is the intent of the CBJ to enter into a term contract with this successful Consultant to provide all aspects of the billing process from the initial billing through, but not including, collection agency services. Project Overview & Timeline: Capital City Fire and Rescue (CCFR) provides advanced and basic life support emergency medical services to the public. CCFR uses ImageTrend Record Management software for managing patient records, and billing services. ImageTrend also provides the capability for electronic patient signatures which is used for acknowledgement on both Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) documentation and any needed insurance or billing forms.
