Specifications include, but are not limited to: Here are the anticipate potential future temporary staffing needs for this contract: • System Administrator • Network Engineer • Helpdesk/Support Technician • Connected Vehicle Technician • Project Manager Statement of Work – System Administrator: The System Administrator will administer and maintain IndyGo's enterprise infrastructure, including application, storage, virtualization, and hardware support. This position will provide technical coordination, maintenance, upgrades, and overall application and server administration support. This role will be integral in evaluating and modifying systems to ensure proper security and operation, including scalability, performance planning, change management, application, and technical support, and maintaining the integrity and operation IndyGo's information systems and business applications. The System Administrator will have the following functions, qualifications, and responsibilities: • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. • 5+ years of professional experience in integrated enterprise infrastructure, including virtual and/or cloud environments. • 5+ years of professional experience designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft products (applications and operating systems), including third-party application support. • 3+ years of experience administrating and maintaining VMWare products is preferred. • 3+ years of experience administrating Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Azure is preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong plus. • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCITP, MCSE) are a strong plus. • VMWare certifications (VCA, VCP) are a strong plus.
