Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock (CLR) is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for removal and disposal of, an estimated two hundred thousand (200,000) cubic yards of storm debris on public properties resulting from the tornado and severe storms that occurred March 31st, 2023. The contract shall cover all sections of the CLR and shall consist of cutting, clean up, removal, hauling, reduction, grinding or chipping, and proper disposal of white goods, construction and demolition debris, and vegetative debris from public property, right-of-way, and public access. The intent of this request for proposals is to remove an estimated two hundred thousand (200,000) cubic yards storm related debris from public rights-of-way, public access areas and Parks & Recreation properties only, and does not include removal from private property. The vendor shall provide and pay for labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, traffic control, and all other services and facilities of any nature necessary to execute, complete and deliver the services within the time specified in the contract. The vendor shall be responsible for TDSR site closure and reclamation, which shall be accomplished in accordance with any Federal, State and Local laws, standards and regulations. The site shall be left in a condition equal to or better than originally encountered.
