Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide a description of services and capabilities as outlinein the Scope of Service and Performance Requirements section of this RFP bysubmitting the following Proposal Offer Forms included within this document:Vendor must present a well-conceived service plan. Include a full descriptionof major tasks and subtasks. This section of the proposal shall establish thatthe Vendor understand the District’s objectives and requirements and Vendor’s ability to satisfy those objectives and requirements. Succinctly describe the proposed approach for addressing the required services and the Vendor’sability to meet the District’s schedule, outlining the approach that would be undertaken in providing the requested services
