Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct an assessment of the current Tu Casa facility and services. 2. Perform a gap analysis of the current Tu Casa facility and services to the crisis now model, SAMHSA behavioral health crisis care best practices, and New Mexico state licensing/ certification requirements for social detoxification, and crisis intervention/ stabilization. 3. Analyze system alignment challenges that may hinder implementation. 4. Conduct projections to identify target outcome metrics. Metrics may consist of potential cost by payer source, anticipated flow of individuals accessing crisis care, potential community impact and estimated return on investment. 5. Write a phased plan with specific implementation steps and recommendations to achieve objectives. a. Plan to include recommendations on: i. Crisis intervention/ stabilization center programming/ services to be provided ii. Staffing models iii. Hours of operation iv. Required personnel v. Facility (structural) changes needed vi. How added services will coordinate with current services offered NOTE: Recommendations should follow SAMHSA best practices and state licensing/ certification requirements and state Medicaid reimbursement guidelines. 6. Develop implementation timeline. 7. Perform cost analysis of written implementation plan. 8. Identify New Mexico state licensing/ certification requirements for implementation plan.
