Specifications include, but are not limited to: Projects that may be contracted under this Request for Proposals include any project at the Grant County-Silver City Airport whose funding originates from local, state or federal grants that are undertaken during the term of the engineering contract and may include, but are not be limited to, any or all of the following: 1. New Runway project design and engineering 2. Heliport Development 3. MIRL LED Conversion Design and Construction RWY 08-26 4. Taxiway Lighting Installation Design and Construction 5. Assist in Development of CIP Plan 6. Rehabilitation or construction of taxiways, aprons, roads and parking facilities 7. Property Map including deeds, individual parcels/property map, survey data/metes & bounds, etc. 8. New or modified terminal facilities, aviation and commercial structures, fire station and multi-purpose public safety response and training facility. 9. Airport Security Items 10. Relocation of Navigational Aids and Radio Facilities (RCO & AWOS). 11. Construction of Additional Hangars, Hangar Ramps/Pads 12. Equipment Building(s) 13. Hard Stands 14. Design of any fence and gate location 15. Grant application/pre-applications 16. Coordination of projects between FAA and NMAD 17. Planning and Zoning Related Services 18. Necessary environmental approvals 19. Maintenance and Updates of SWPPP, SPCC and DBE Plans 20. On-call Engineering Services 21. Other projects as specified or necessary
