Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract is being established to provide 1 ½” and 3” aggregate (crushed stone road rock) to McPherson Valley Wetlands, which is a Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) property. Delivery locations will include all three units of the property located in McPherson County, from Navajo Road south to Arapaho Road, adjacent to 8th Avenue. Pricing shall include the aggregate, hauling, end dumping, and / or tailgate spreading. Aggregate is to be clean, free of dirt, with no excess fines. Each load will be subject to inspection and approval by KDWP Public Land Manager Jason K. Black. Weight tickets for each load will be included with all invoices. Delivery is to be as requested throughout the contract period. The contract will be awarded based upon the lowest price per ton for aggregate submitted among bidders.
