Specifications include, but are not limited to: To help MSU meet its intended goal of 1,000 international students enrolled in degree programs in the next five years, the University is seeking proposals from experienced firms (partners/vendors) with a proven record of success and capabilities in direct entry recruitment to assist the University in the following areas: Recruiting and enrolling international degree-seeking students at U.S. based institutions of higher education via its Vendor’s own network of overseas recruitment resources, Supporting international students during pre-departure and enrollment stages in the student life cycle, including but not limited to, pre-departure, initial travel, orientation, English as a Second Language, academic skills development support resulting in high persistence rates throughout enrollment, Identifying and securing off-campus housing solutions to house students, Reviewing and assessing foreign academic credentials to ensure that applicants come from regionally accredited institutions and meet MSU’s entrance admission standards. Advising the University on its internal processes to ensure MSU programs and their value proposition remain competitive, If needed, providing on-campus staff to address gaps in admissions processing, advising, language support, other student support services and/or other areas as jointly identified.
