The Building K roof is approximately 7,700 sq ft. and the FLOYD Unit roof is approximately 18,300 sq. ft. Remove the existing ballast and membrane. The scope includes removing and replacing 25% of the existing rood insulation and substrate board that is water damaged. The existing roof insulation will be mechanically fastened on the low slope metal deck. 1 1/2'” of new polyisocyanurate insulation will be added. A new EPDM membrane will be adhered EPDM. All fascias and gutters will be removed and replaced with new aluminum trim. ALT 01A Description: (ADD) State the lump sum price to remove and replace 100% of all existing roof insulation on Building K with new. Price to include one layer of new 1/2” gypsum substrate board plus 6” of polyiso insulation for Bldg K.
