Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock has secured Permit No. SWL-2020-00182 from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for construction of improvements including improvements to approximately 350 linear feet of existing intermittent stream channel along Senate Drive within Castlewood Subdivision; said improvements to include concrete-lining and widening of channel, replacement of a box culvert and riprap erosion protection (referred to as the “project”) within the City of Little Rock, AR. As condition of that permit, the City of Little Rock seeks to purchase stream credits from a mitigation bank approved by USACE and serving the project area to fulfill the compensatory mitigation requirements for the permanent impacts to this stream in the Little Rock basin. The proof of purchase of Mitigation credits will be submitted by the City to USACE as condition of this permit.
