Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create a prioritized list of the 50 best places in New Mexico within NMDOT right-of-way (adjacent to roadsides) to add green infrastructure projects that would help to addressclimate change issues. Contractor shall use existing GIS or other data to prioritize locations for green infrastructure using methods such as weighted GIS analysis.Attributes that should be common for these locations may include, but not be limited to:•Habitat for threatened and endangered species and species of concern•Wetland areas• Impaired rivers (303(d) status)•Adjacent lands that have special conservation status such as National Parks, StateParks, wildlife refuges, Areas of Critical Environmental Concern, etc.•Identified wildlife corridors or areas or areas with a high number of wildlife collisions•Important pollinator areas or is appropriate for the creation of pollinator habitat•Areas having high biodiversity•MS4 areas
