Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) is requesting Quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery and installation of a sixteen (16) foot by forty (40) foot Prefab Building (Building). 16 x 40 Prefab Building – General Specifications The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. Sixteen (16) foot by forty (40) foot Old Hickory Lofted Barn Utility Shed, or equal. Must have eight (8) foot high walls. Must have two (2) inch by six (6) inch floor Joists, twelve (12) inches on center. Must have three quarter (3/4) inch engineered tongue and groove flooring. Must have four (4), three (3) foot by three (3) foot double pane windows as shown in Exhibit A. Must have two (2) solid core man doors with door hardware. Doors must have an inside right-hand swing as shown in Exhibit A. Both doors are to be keyed alike. Must have two (2), nine (9) foot garage doors as shown in Exhibit A. Roof must have a snow load rating of one hundred and forty (140) pounds per square foot. Roof trusses must be set sixteen (16) inches on center. Must have a metal roof, green in color. The Building must have a minimum wind rating of one hundred and five (105) miles an hour. The Building must have LP SmartPanel siding, or equal The Building must be painted a buckskin color with brown trim. Colors are to be approved by IDFG before painting. The Building must be set and leveled at time of delivery. Vendor must supply leveling blocks as needed.
