Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to establish a statewide Quantity Purchase Agreement (QPA) for Laboratory, Welding, and Medical Gases for All State Agencies. A Quantity Purchase Agreement is a contract between the State and contractor, in which commodities are supplied to Indiana state agencies on an ongoing, as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for supplying industrial, medical, and specialty gases for State agency customers. In addition, the contractor will supply tanks for rent to State agency customers. Tank rental rates will be based on a daily fee for each day the tank is at the customer location. Delivery of rental tanks and gases will be provided by the customer no more than 30 calendar days following receipt of the purchase order.
