Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for Library Janitorial Services; The City of Albuquerque (City) is seeking janitorial firms to provide cleaning services to multiple City Libraries. Awarded Bidders will provide full-service (labor, equipment and materials) janitorial services as identified; The Awarded Bidder shall determine the number of employees and hours needed to complete the required services for all locations. The Library may, at its discretion, provide access cards and/or keys for use by the Awarded Bidder. The Awarded Bidder shall ensure that the security chips and keys are secured at the end of any cleaning day. The Awarded Bidder shall ensure the security chips or keys are not misplaced, lost, stolen, or copied. The use of the security chips or keys by any employee of the Awarded Bidder at an unauthorized time or for any unauthorized purpose may be reason for termination of the contract awarded under this RFB. Any person using the access cards or keys in an unauthorized manner may be subject to criminal prosecution.
