Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide full preventative maintenance to the Heating and Air Conditioning Systems located at the Lubbock Civic Center Physical Plant. A. Monitoring of HVAC controls services include: a. Monitoring and preventive maintenance service to be provided by the Contractor on all maintainable control equipment and associated devices related to the Building Environmental Mechanical Systems described in the specifications b. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, test equipment, tools, personnel and services. B. Optional maintenance services include a. The repair or replacement of all equipment described in this specification. b. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, components, OEM replacement parts, materials, test equipment, tools, personnel and services. If the same parts are no longer available, generic parts are acceptable in lieu of upgraded parts
