Specifications include, but are not limited to: The city is seeking qualified non-profit and/or private firms to adaptively reuse and manage the Library building. Responses that are inclusive of non-profit, cultural arts, and public market utilizations are highly desired, however, the city will review proposals that offer solutions with a mix of non-profit, private, retail, and other uses. Any firms selected through the RFP process will enter into negotiations for a short-term to mid-term lease agreement (3-5 years) for the building which will appropriately reflect the proposed uses and expected firm financial contribution toward any rehabilitation, historical preservation guidelines, and measures of successful performance.
