Constuction Project- To remove the aged un-certified marine/dock crane & repair concrete dock per attached Statement of Work. New project, no incumbent. This is a quicker turn around RFQ due to the weather stasrting to change in Ketchikan, AK and hte location of this dock crane.
100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.

BONDING/LOC WILL NOT BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS OVER $35K.
