Specifications include, but are not limited to: : The Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA) seeks a paperless communication capability with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (USDVA). The successful software contractor will provide the ability to electronically submit USDVA claims in a paperless, remote- capable environment whereby the Veteran Service Officers and the Veteran do not need to be co-located to receive claims/benefits assistance. ADVA requires 115 user licenses. ADVA User Interface and System Requirements: Ease of use in data entry, electronic submission and uploading of documents Ad-hoc reporting feature, which allows ADVA users to build, save and edit queries across data fields in existing database. Reports will be generated in a .csv format, allowing ADVA users to open the file in Excel for ease of creating charts, tables, and analyze data using pivot tables and more. Application software will have multiple-user level capability including “Administrator” and “Submitter.” ADVA managers will have “Administrator” roles to assign and remove certain permissions within the application All data and documents will be stored within the application and it’s secure, SSL encrypted servers.
