Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide each school librarian access to an online catalog of publications that is kept up to date as well as mailing a catalog of all available titles directly to each school library in January. The catalog shall clearly indicate all available formats of serials. B. The contractor will be responsible for providing activation and license details for electronic titles C. The Contractor will be responsible for replacement of all missing issues. Missing issues shall be supplied direct from the publisher, a missing copy bank or any other source from which missing issues may be available. D. Be available to provide "in-service training" to librarians and staff members connected with the handling of subscriptions. Such meetings shall be educational and focus on helping librarians to better understand the problems connected with handling all aspects of subscriptions. E. Assign one individual to be responsible for each school library account. This individual must have the authority to act in the library's behalf with publishers whenever necessary. F. Must provide an online system for claims. G. Provide annual renewal notices for all titles six months in advance of their expiration for each mailing addresses. H. Separate invoices, in duplicate, must be issued for subscriptions for each mailing address. The invoices shall provide the following information: 1. Title of each publication. 2. Mailing address 3. Quantity 4. Term and frequency of each title 5. Start date 6. Unit price, extension, total, discount and net amount of invoice. 7. All invoices shall be mailed to the Purchasing Department, Central Services Center, 1101 North Western, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104-1200. I. Contractor will describe tools they provide to manage access to electronic titles, including how that access can be integrated with the Follett Destiny Library Manager.
