Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont Department of Human Resources’ Administrative Services Division, Wellness Unit and Department of Mental Health, VPCH seek to obtain services to administer influenza and Covid vaccination clinics under DHR’s self-administered program called LiveWell Vermont State Employees Wellness Program. This program is a voluntary benefit to the State’s active and retired state employee population. Flu and Covid vaccines are also available to contracted employees at VPCH. Hospital. The administration and cost of the program will include, but not be limited to: providing secured registration and vaccination services (quadrivalent, quadrivalent preservative-free influenza vaccine, high-dose influenza vaccine for those > 65 and Covid vaccines), staffing (both clinical and administrative), transportation, provision of all necessary supplies, and paperwork, and proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials.
