Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to competitively select one experienced and qualified vendor to work with EOHHS and other named Rhode Island State Agencies (hereinafter referred to as Agency or Agencies) below to: 1. Review, assess and document current cost allocation plans, systems and processes for each agency 2. Evaluate effectiveness of existing cost allocation plans and systems; identify efficiencies, improvement and recommended enhancements as necessary for the following items and any other plan components: o Cost Allocation Plans (CAP) o Cost Allocation Systems (CAS) o Indirect Costing Rates (ICR) o Statewide Cost Allocation Plans (SWICAP) o Random Moment Time Studies (RMTS) o Work Plans 3. Automation of cost allocation tracking and reporting functions using State of Rhode Island approved software 4. Agency Specific Cost Allocation Activities 5. Federal Reporting 6. Training 7. Special Enhancement Task(s)
