Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor and materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish and install the Bid Package Scope of Work assigned, as required per the contract documents, bidding documents, this Scope Of Work and other items as issued by Addenda. The Bid Package Contract specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following. 1. Definitions 1.1. The term "as required" used in the scopes of work, means as drawn, specified and/or reasonable inferred by the documents. 1.2. The term "Provide" in the scopes of work, means all labor, materials, equipment, tools, delivery, etc. necessary for a complete installation. 1.3. The term "Furnish" used in the scopes of work, means to supply all materials, accessories, misc. items, etc. necessary for a complete installation and delivery to the jobsite such items. 1.4. The term "Install" used in the scopes of work means to install all materials, accessories, misc. items, etc. necessary for a complete installation, and would include all equipment required for such. 2. General Items 2.1. Division 0 and 1 - General Conditions, General Requirements and Special Provisions 3 Complete, as required by the work of this Subcontract, including but not limited to the following: 2.2. Each Subcontractor should carefully review each division 0 and 1 Section, as there are specific contract requirements include in these sections, that each Subcontractor will be responsible for. This includes but is not limited to those outlined in this General Scope and or specific Scopes of Work 2.3. Each Subcontractor is responsible to visit site prior to bidding this Scope Of Work to verify actual conditions. 2.4. Each Subcontractor is responsible for providing the most stringent should any discrepancies occur between the bid documents, and/or specifications that were not clarified by this bid scope or through RFI prior to bid. 2.5. Each Subcontractor is to perform their own take off, to verify quantities. Subcontractor will be responsible for providing the most stringent (costly) should any discrepancies occur between the quantities listed on drawings/specifications and actual quantities that could be taken off. 2.6. Items listed throughout each Scope of Work apply to the entire Scope of Work and do not pertain specifically to the section they may be listed under. 2.7. It is each Subcontractor9s responsibility to review other trades9 Scope of Work for coordination and scope identification, none of which relieve this Subcontractor of responsibilities identified in their Scope Of Work.
