Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sarpy County is seeking to purchase the services of closed circuit televising (CCTV) inspections of the County's existing sanitary sewer outfalls. These inspections will include some cleaning to aid with the inspection and identification of maintenance issues in the preparation of a monitoring and maintenance program. Sarpy County does not currently have a program to regularly televise their existing sanitary sewer outfalls. County desires to evaluate pipe conditions of the existing outfall sewers, identify possible maintenance issues and prepare a regular monitoring and maintenance program. The scope of work is for the closed-circuit televising (CCTV) of the County’s existing outfall sewers. Key Understandings: 1. All travel will be in proximity to Sarpy County, Nebraska. 2. All meetings and presentations will be at the County’s offices or electronically. 3. Inspection and cleaning shall be competed by section in whole. 4. Pipe data will be collected in NASSCO PACP/LACP format and delivered in digital format at the conclusion of the work. 5. Provide inspection reports, created with CCTV inspection software, will be provided at the conclusion of the work for each section. Reports shall be submitted with and in support of invoices.
