DNRC will provide to the awarded contractor the intent of moving forward or canceling this project no later than June 30, 2023. Excavate approx. 6220SF and shape to grade. Sheet drain to the south. Install fabric and fill with recycled concrete for base @ 9” Haul in approx. 365 ton of base, place, grade and roll for compaction EDC FRONT LOT Remove existing asphalt and dispose off-site. Excavate approx.17228SF to 12” depth. Install fabric and back-fill with 8” of recycled concrete for base. Haul in approx. 900 ton of base, place, grade and roll for compaction. Pave new parking lot approx. 17228SF @ 4” pad, done in (2) 2” lifts. Lay out and stripe new parking lot up to 30 spaces with up to 2 ADA spots with hash.
