Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The County shall provide an open type building with a minimum of 9,000 square feet of floor space. Said building shall include excavation necessary to accommodate a 90-100 cubic yard trailer and will contain a minimum eight (8) inch reinforced concrete for the purpose of driving upon to load and unload solid waste. The County shall furnish the building and will conform to all appropriate and applicable building and occupational safety codes as well as any existing or future environmental requirements of the State of Georgia. B. The County shall provide for a safe, clean and orderly interior and exterior, site security, site safety, and hiring and training of qualified individuals, and shall assume responsibility for any and all expenses relating to the operation and maintenance of this facility, it appurtenances and personnel. C. Each time a transfer trailer is filled to capacity, the contractor will transport and deliver the waste to an environmentally compliant landfill approved the Environmental Protection Division of Georgia. The contents of the transfer trailer will then be weighed and deposited into the approved landfill. Weigh tickets will be submitted electronically to the County upon receipt. D. The contractor will be required to provide an adequate number of trucks in order to clear the floor at least once in a twenty-four-hour period. This contract will operate on a drop and hook basis. E. Failure to clean the floor for three (3) consecutive working days will result in a 10% reduction in the disposal fees paid by the County, until the floor is clean.
