Size: 55-gallon drums. AG Heat Transfer 68; All petroleum and coolant products must be from “virgin” base stock. Products may NOT be substituted by re-refined products and such a substitution will not be considered “or equal”. Bidders who wish to offer a re-refined product may submit a separate listing of re-refined products available, but must also include virgin products.
