Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) is requesting Quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of twelve (12) eDNA Water Sampling Pumps (Pumps) ; Upon receipt of the Pumps, per the delivery location, the Pumps will be inspected by the delivery contact (or approved designee) to ensure the requirements and specifications are met. The Acceptance period will be for thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Pumps are delivered. In the event the specifications are not met, the Contractor must pick-up, correct any discrepancies, and re-deliver within thirty (30) calendar days after notification from IDFG, at no additional cost to IDFG. In the event that the Pumps do not meet the specifications or is found with discrepancies that are not fixed by the Contractor during the Acceptance period, IDFG reserves the right to reject the Trailer via official notification. If approved by IDFG, the Contractor may correct discrepancies on-site at IDFG’s location in lieu of pick-up and return shipping. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor; tools, parts, supplies, and worksite clean up to make any necessary corrections. Flask Volume – two (2) liters. Vacuum Tube Size – one quarter (.25) inch inside diameter. Height with Bottle and Hose – a minimum of fifteen point five (15.5) inches. Width – a minimum of eleven point three eight (11.38) inches. Weight with Battery – a minimum of ten point four (10.4) pounds. Must have bracket to coil tubing onto. Must have hand grip for control of unit. Must have a single button switch for control. Must come with self- preserving eDNA filters to connect to pump for high DNA yields. Must have a 12v, eight (8) Amp Hour battery or equal. Battery life must be at minimum 6 hours. Must come with a 12v battery charger.
