Specifications include, but are not limited to: These successful Proposer is expected to provide services as part of the School Corporation’s Latch Key Program beginning on First Day of School 2023/2024 school year and ending on last day of school 2025/2026. provide adequate supervision with adults and be responsible for students during all times when they are under the control of the organization. Supervision should be at least 1 adult for every 10 students with a minimum of 2 adults present for any program; C) be responsible for collecting funds and reporting such to the School Corporation in connection with the Latch Key Program. A monthly statement shall be provided to the School Corporation; D) be provided with adequate space in order to conduct the before and after school program. The building principal will identify the space to be provided; E) operate from 6:30 a.m-8:00 a.m., and from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. on all days during the regular school year when school is open for students and/or teachers. The organization will not provide care at any time that schools are closed due to inclement weather unless the school corporation agrees to such service days. The program WILL operate on standard early dismissal days that are on the school calendar;
