Specifications include, but are not limited to: • New buried yard piping conveyance in the area of the existing AB 1-4, AB 9-10, and the new blower building to supply the process facilities and buildings. • New site improvements, grading and utilities • Retrofit AB 1-4 (new concrete structure within existing structure, new piping, electrical, controls, and appurtenances) • New AB 9-10 • Secondary Pump Station and Primary Clarifier 3/4 Splitter Box re-coating • Repurposing existing buried piping for a redundant elutriation water supply. • Demolition of existing and construction of a new blower building and blowers to service AB’s 1-4 and RAS/WAS Station 2 classifying selector zone. Electrical service in the new blower building will also supply existing treatment facilities including Secondary Clarifiers 4 and
