Specifications include, but are not limited to: o The Proposer shall provide covered, leak proof end dump or side dump trailers with a capacity of at least twenty (20) cubic yards to transport the biosolids to a disposal site. o Any disposal site that the Proposer uses to dispose of the biosolids must be meet all local, state and federal government regulations for accepting this material. o The City will be responsible for loading the solids into the trailer provided by the Proposer. The biosolids will be in cake form with a solids content of between 14 percent (%) and 25 percent (%). o The City shall be responsible for any damage to the provided trailerthat is proven to be directly caused by the City. All claims of damage shall be conveyed in writing between the City and the awarded Proposer. o The awarded Proposer shall abide by DOT weight limitations to determine the maximum weight. o No trailers shall be left at the Water Resource Recovery Facility; all loaded material shall be hauled the same day as loading. o The Proposer shall be responsible for maintaining insurance on the trailers at all times and will be required to provide proof of all insurances upon City’s request at any time.
