Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) is seeking competitive bids for a vendor to provide pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift cards in a variety of denominations. KDHE utilizes pre-paid gift cards as an incentive or reward to State of Kansas citizens for their participation in surveillance, studies or other programs. All gift cards must adhere to Kansas law regarding gift cards, which is found in K.S.A. 50-6,108. Any gift cards distributed by Vendor shall meet the terms of a gift card under the law and shall not be considered prepaid bank cards. Gift cards may not be sold that contain an expiration date that is less than five years from the date of purchase.
