Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Maintain at Contractor’s expense all necessary permits, licenses and any other documentation required by law. A current copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming JCCC as the additional insured and is to be on file with JCCC during the extent of the contract. 2. Maintain proper insurance at Contractor’s expense with $5 million in coverage between Automobile Liability and/or Umbrella Policy. 3. Responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damage to JCCC and/or personal property caused by the use, misuse, or negligence caused by the contractor or their employees. This includes, but not limited to permanent objects, curbs, fencing, shrubs, trees, and lawn areas. The contractor is responsible for reporting damage in writing to JCCC property within seventy-two (72) hours of occurrence. All damage must be repaired to the satisfaction of JCCC. 4. Buses shall be equipped with reliable, multiple user WIFI connectivity. 5. JCCC reserves the right, in cooperation with the contractor, to request or refuse certain drivers be utilized during certain trips. 6. 24-Hour prior trip confirmation notice. 7. 12-Hour prior to transport - driver contact information. 8. Clear policies outlining any extenuating charges and/or fees associated with schedule changes or cancellation of trips. 9. All labor, vehicles, supervision, permits, fees, and incidentals required and/or implied under this RFP for the complete and satisfactory performance of services. 10. All costs absorbed associated with providing bus transportation including the costs of all tolls, parking, road use taxes, fees, insurance, and meals. 11. Drivers shall have valid and proper licensing with the State to provide Bus Services. 12. Drivers without a history of (3) three or more moving violations and/or not licensed to perform the required duties. Providing such drivers shall make the company subject to contract suspension or cancellation.
