Specifications include, but are not limited to: : This solicitation is to establish a contract for commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repairs including quarterly inspections for TxDOT El Paso Locations; HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING, ANDVENTILATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRSERVICES, 150,000 hou; HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES IN.MISCELLANEOUS PARTS (PAID AT COST OF ACTUAL PART AS APPROVED BY TXDOT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION); Parts, replacement parts to complete repairs. Parts will be paid at actual cost plus a mark-up percentage as approved by TxDOT. Vendor shall provide the Mark-Up percentage for parts obtained. 7.1. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of the specified services throughout the term of the contract. 7.2. Provide all required safety equipment and instruct personnel to observe all safety policies, rules, and requirements at all times including, but not limited to, wearing hard hats, safety shoes, goggles, etc. 7.3. Begin work within ten business day of the award of the contract or as agreed by TxDOT. 7.4. Conduct driver license checks annually on vendor staff that drive to and from TxDOT work locations to verify compliance with paragraph 6.5. 7.5. Provide a POC. 7.6. Provide a telephone number monitored 24 hours per day, seven days per week to contact for HVAC maintenance and repair services.
