Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and ancillary materials required for the installation of electrical conduits and equipment pads as described and illustrated within the bid documents. Conduit, fittings and equipment pads will be provided by Owner. Phase I: Install approximately 2,262’ of 2” Electrical Conduits at East Loop. Install (1) fiberglass transformer pad. Phase II: Install approximately 2,246’ of 2” Electrical Conduits at Center-East Loop. Phase III: Install approximately 1,662’ of 2” Electrical Conduits at Center-West Loop. Phase IV: Install approximately 1,779’ of 2” Electrical Conduits at West Loop. 1.2 Electrical conduits will be provided by the Owner to be installed by the Contractor. Pickup from FDU Warehouse, transfer, delivery and storage during construction will be the responsibility of the Contractor. A nylon pull-ribbon provided by the Contractor will be required to be installed by the Contractor in all conduits before turning over to the Owner. 1.3 If required, fiberglass transformer pads, steel ground sleeves for switching cabinets and concrete or composite pull-boxes will be provided by the Owner to be installed by the Contractor. Pickup from FDU Warehouse, transfer, delivery and storage during construction will be the responsibility of the Contractor. 1.4 Owner shall provide and install all distribution transformers and switching cabinet tops. 1.5 Owner shall provide and install all primary and secondary electrical cabling.
