Preferred solution: Purchase and install two (2) Cisco Meraki units, Meraki MX68W firewall With Advanced security license and multi-year support (3,5 or 7 years) Item 2: Replace existing disaster recovery server node. Preferred Solution: Purchase and install Scale Computing model 5250D, which includes 2 Intel Xeon Silver 4215R’s, 512 GB DDR4 2933 RAM, 3x4TB Internal SSD’s, 9x12TB HDD’s, and a 4 port 10GB RJ45 NIC. Must include the 5-year licensing to use the Scale Support systems, as well as the 5-year Hardware Warrantee. Item 3: Deploy more redundant backup solution Preferred Solution: 2 x Synology Rack Station RS1221RP+ devices, which includes an extra 32 GB RAM in each device. Must include 4 x 16 TB HDDs in each device, for a total storage in each of 48 TB. Must include the Synology E10M20-T1 Adapter card for 10 Gbe for each device, or comparable alternative, and a 1TB M.2 NvME SSD for each as a Cache drive, or similar cache amount that is compatible with the deivce. Preference will be given to vendors providing a 3-year warrantee and protection plan for both devices. Item 4: Upgrade City Hall firewall Preferred solution: Purchase and install one (1) Cisco Meraki units, Meraki MX105 Router Security a with advanced security license and 3-year support. Item 5: Upgrade Central Fire Station firewall Preferred solution: Purchase and install one (1) Cisco Meraki units, Meraki MX95 Router Security AP with advanced security license and 3year support.
