Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Roof Area “_A, B & C_” (Base Bid): Remove areas of blisters in existing B.U.R. and patch to match. Install new roofing system as follows: Fully adhered 80 mil single ply roofing membrane over mechanically attached ¼” Dens deck. Install new membrane wall flashing where occurs with new 24 Ga prefinished metal coping and two piece reglets where occurs. Temporarily remove and reinstall existing gutters and downspouts. Install new gutters and downspouts to match where indicated on drawings. New fascia board with prefinished metal. Patch and repair soffit as required, per drawings. • (Bid Alternate No.1): Existing crown molding under soffit to be removed and salvaged for reinstallation. Demo and dispose of existing soffit. Provide new fiber-cement soffit and trim, paint, color to match existing. Reinstall crown molding and paint. • (Bid Alternate No. 2): Resecure existing corner trim and lap siding as required at existing cupolas. Finish siding and corner trim with raw linseed oil. No work to existing windows.
