Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Pole locations must consider width of road and intersection in design. The City utilizes poles with adopted American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) standards. B. A minimum of two (2) pole structures shall be included in the technical proposal. C. Vendor is responsible for verification of location and dimensions on map provided. D. Solar powered street lights and poles proposed must be rated for heavy weather and wind conditions. E. Solar powered street lights must function from dusk to dawn while maintaining IES standards as required. F. All equipment for the solar, luminaire, and associated illumination for structural operations shall only be accessible at a height of 12 feet or higher from the top of the cement foundation. G.
