Specifications include, but are not limited to: A large-scale illustrative plan of the proposed open space improvements; • Illustrative plans and sections of the proposed additions to the Frame structure; • Three renderings depicting the proposed open space improvements and additions and upgrades to the Moran Frame structure; • A written narrative of the proposed open space improvements at the Moran Frame site in the context of a complete vision for the waterfront park system from College Street to the Community Sailing Center; • A comprehensive (CSI 16 Division) written narrative of the proposed open space improvements and additions to the Moran Frame structure ; • A conceptual-level cost estimate of the design proposal; • A phasing and implementation schedule (SDs, CDs, permitting, construction, etc.)
