Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish a Statewide Price Agreement for State of New Mexico for Janitorial Supplies and Equipment with multiple awards; All goods and equipment shall be new current production. Equipment such as (but not limited to) buffers, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractor, carpet cleaners and/or shampooers shall be of first line industrial quality with high usage expectancy and capacity. All deliveries must be FOB destination within two week from date of the Purchase Order for the specific items. Price shall not include state gross receipts or local tax. Such tax shall be added at the time of invoicing, at the current rates, and added as a separate item to be paid by user agency. For Urgent/Emergency purchase requests Contractor shall make every attempt to ship and/or deliver good(s) by next business day.
