Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide materials and labor for reconstructing the basketball court at the Gerald E. Talbot Community School in Portland, Maine. Work includes complete demolition and disposal of the existing basketball court; raising the base grade of the court by approximately 1.67 feet with owner provided base material; installation of drainage as needed under court area; site grading, loaming and seeding around the entire court to facilitate positive surface drainage and to prevent erosion; supply and install two basketball goal standards; pavement installation at basketball court, pathway and stair connection; application of all required painted lines; granite step installation, granite slope reinforcement installation; and complete other miscellaneous work as outlined
