Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Wolfeboro is seeking bids for installing an ADA ramp with railings in Cate Park. Located along the shore of Wolfeboro Bay in Downtown Wolfeboro, Cate Park is a cultural attraction that draws thousands to public events throughout the year. Preparatory Work • Removal of existing area landscape. • Lay a base for ramp. New Work • Install a 45 foot long, 6 foot wide ramp starting from sidewalk entrance to the northwest corner entrance to Cate Park. • Ramp should start with a platform off the walkway that exists. • Install an ADA railing with grab handrails on both sides of the ramp. • Should be a gradual decline to the lower level of the park. Notes • Work cannot interfere with events in the park; completion date to be no later than the first week in June 2023. • Work around/with other projects happening in the park • The ADA ramp and railings should be constructed of similar materials to compliment the parks improvements over the years.
