Specifications include, but are not limited to: College of DuPage is seeking proposals from firms to provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting and development services to assist us in further developing our marketing automation communications and processes, incorporating the best practices in higher education. College of DuPage (COD) recently completed the first phase of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation. We are utilizing AMSA Connect to bring data into SFMC from our CRM, Ellucian Recruit. Data is brought in from our student information system, Ellucian Colleague, with a file downloaded via SFTP every day. Data is not transferred back into Recruit or Colleague. We currently have over 105,000 subscribers in SFMC. They are divided between current students, prospective students and leads and community members. The College wants to develop lead nurturing and enrollment journeys that move advertising leads through the application process and further through the funnel to registration. The College currently has an open RFP for an SMS text messaging platform that will integrate with our SFMC platform. Additionally, COD wants to develop reports that will allow us to track and analyze lead and student interactions to determine which of our ads and communications have the most impact on enrollment so that we can make better decisions about our communications and our advertising purchases.
