Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Sponsorships and Fundraising • In cooperation with Commerce, design and write a fundraising plan that meets or exceeds the Commerce goal, to include: Design unique value levels and features for sponsorship for potential sponsors • Meal sponsors • Beverage sponsors • Introductions of keynotes • Session/speaker sponsors • Centerpiece sponsors • Etc. Drafting initial contact email/letter Tracking response rates Identifying, assigning and coordinating with Commerce on potentially large donors Follow up correspondence Pre-summit coordination with sponsors to include interest in a vendor booth or other incentives at the Summit (swag, information for packets, etc.) Logo and marketing coordination • Work with MSI staff to draft standard sponsor booth information Measurements, set up time, limited electricity availability, etc. • Exploration and identification of attendee experiences for pre-summit event • Exploration of attendee experience options in the Watford City area for pre-summit events Potential engagements with Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Potential movie showing of local film evening of first day at Watford Theater • Work with CVB and local stakeholders to create digital packet or “visitors guide” of information on Watford City to be emailed to registered attendees a week prior to summit • Restaurants, attractions, etc. • Identify entertainment options for local musicians or artists for pre-summit and/or during breaks day-of in halls, exhibit area, etc.
