Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Administration 1. Upon award of contract and prior to project bidding, attend up to (3) meetings with the City and Design Consultant to get acquainted with project team and design. 2. Maintain communication with the MPM on a regular basis. 3. Regular communication and coordination with the Municipality, Design Engineer, Construction Contractor, and stakeholders. 4. Provide a peer review of Final Plans and Estimate prior to construction bidding, and provide comments to the City and Design Engineer. 5. Have thorough understanding of contract plans, bid documents, specifications, estimates, contract special provisions, and schedule. 6. Participation in the pre-bid meeting. 7. Act as the primary contact person representing the City of Burlington on the project. The Consultant will be responsible for contacting the Design Engineer to resolve any design related issues that may arise during construction.
